Other work for Leap of Faith:

Depa's Project:
Depa's project sounded really fascinating at first as well as her overall presentation.
But after working on the same thing I started to lose interest. Maybe it was the fact that I kept on looking at the same thing over and over again.

After term one passed Depa, having seen the things I modelled for her e.g. books, a barrel and the old wine bottle, was thrilled with my work and asked me to do more work for her even though I wasn't up to it much or into the whole 3D work because I simply lost interest in it. I would have rather worked on something different this year than 3D maybe just drawing/concepts / backgrounds.

I looked into her idea even more just to get a better feel for it.
I looked at the look/style and story of her idea.

Her group consisted of:
Yemi as character modeller/UV map/texturer of the owl character and doves.
Clym was the main rigger as in for some of the other short film ideas too.
Alex Bax is our main animator.
Depa is the director/producer of this project and the team leader a well as concept artist/storyboard artist as well as the modeller of the main character, the librarian old lady.
Nathan is the main UV/texture artist with me in second in command for some props for the indoor environment.
Depa then made a list and divided the props between me and Nathan to model/UV and texture, of which I had to create:
-A pine-needle
-An owl stand
-A sword
-A shield
-Armour (breastplates) which had to be female too.
-A rocking chair
-A Chesterfield armchair

Also due to the lack of time I was originally just meant to help Depa with her UV mapping of her main character. But she came up to me and forced it on me, albeit in a nice way, and later on she wanted me to texture it because she didn't have time. Initially I was really interested in Depa's project but from the beginning the instructions about my role and tasks to be done weren't very clear and I ended up spending a lot more time on it than I had anticipated.
